LBH International A/S was founded by engineer & entrepreneur Mogens Lindholm Hansen in 1985, as a company specialized in the design, manufacture and installation of expansion joints. In 2006 the company went from first generation to next, and since then has been managed by Rune Lindholm Skræp-Hansen.

Since its establishment LBH International A/S has won world wide recognition in the market as a reliable and professional partner providing optimal solutions in the field of expansion joint technology and consultancy.

The headquarter of LBH is located in Kerteminde, Denmark. Including both administrative and production facilities, from where LBH has succeeded in building a global network of representatives and partners, ready to provide quality service to our customers. Today LBH has production at locations both in Europe and outside Europe. The company has own sales office in Middle East, India and Far East supporting its representatives and customers in these regions.

The company is owned by RLH Holding, Susin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. & Rønnemose Holding. And since 2006 managed by Rune Lindholm Skræp-Hansen.​
